Just Random Ramblings (Again!)
Hey.
First let me explain why I haven't been posting as much as I used to.
Yeah, I go out with my friends quite a lot, actually, but I don't really snap lots of pictures anymore. And blogs are quite boring without pictures, aren't they?
I read somewhere that sometimes, we try so hard to capture everything in a picture, to immortalize moments, that we "miss it" completely. Sure, you have that pretty picture to look at several years from now, but you would barely have any memory about that exact moment. And that, for me, is sad.
I don't have a very good memory, honestly. And I want to be able to remember every bit of memory that I can. The good, the bad and the ugly. Oh wait. That's a Parachute song. :') (listen to the song HERE)
Going back to the topic. On top of "not taking so much pictures anymore", I doubt a lot of people are really interested in what my personal life is like, anyway. :P I have a very "typical" life. Not that grand, not that exciting.
My blog, originally, was meant to be an online diary for me where I can post all of my thoughts and feelings. But that proved to be quite difficult to realize. Ack!
Nonetheless, I do have some readers (most of which are my students, by the way) who often ask me to post something here. So here I am, still posting updates every now and then. Maybe one of these days, I'll post about some really interesting stuff.
Well, what else? Ok, I'll give you a rundown on some of the stuff I did last week. :'D
> I mostly went to work.
> I went to my university to get some documents (for the VISA thing which I'm hoping so, so badly that I will get!)
> On Friday, I went to meet a friend and we ate dinner and watched Interstellar together
Yep. Pretty generic. :) Again, hopefully there's some exciting stuff brewing for me in the near future. :P
Xoxo,
Jona
Oh! And how can I leave you with just a wall of text? That's illegal! :')
